Teams will have 15 minutes to complete the prescribed work.
Teams begin behind the green start line.
At "3-2-1... GO!", teams enter the field of play and complete the prescribed work.
Synchro Bar Muscle-Ups are performed by any two athletes, dividing the work as desired.
Synchro Sandbag Squats are performed by any two athletes, dividing the work as desired.
During the first set of 42 reps, the working athletes must face the log.
During the second set of 42 reps, the working athletes must face the rig.
Sandbag Over the Log reps are performed using the heaviest sandbag. Reps only count while the lightest sandbag is being held in a bear hug by another athlete.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the last athlete crosses or breaks the vertical plane of the red finish line after completing all prescribed work.
NOTES:
The working athletes may use either pull-up bar. Both athletes must use the same bar, face the inside of the rig, and may receive assistance from the non-working athlete to reach the bar.
The non-working athlete may remain anywhere within the designated lane, provided they do not interfere with the working athletes or judge.
Each team will be provided one 6-inch riser and is responsible for keeping it within their designated lane throughout the workout.
Synchro Sandbag Squats must be performed with the sandbag on the shoulder. The working athletes must stand one behind the other while facing the judge.
During the Sandbag Squats, one athlete must hold the sandbag for the reps to count.
Sandbag Over the Log reps must be completed in an alternating fashion. One athlete may be on each side of the log, and athletes may move to the opposite side by any method, provided they remain within their designated lane.

SYNCHRO BAR MUSCLE-UP
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Feet off the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes at the same time.
Arms fully locked out in the support position above the bar.
Shoulders over or in front of the bar.
During the Rep:
Pullovers, rolls to support, uprises, and glide kips are not permitted.
Feet may not rise above the height of the bar during the kip.
Only the hands may contact the bar; no other part of the arm may assist.
Removing the hands from the bar at the top is not permitted.
Resting at the top with hands on the bar is permitted.
Grip adjustments at the top are permitted.
Synchro of the Rep:
Arms fully locked out in the support position, shoulders over or in front of the bar by both athletes at the same time.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes’ arms are fully locked out in the support position, shoulders over or in front of the bar, at the same time.
SYNCHRO PULL-UP
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Feet off the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes' chins are clearly above the pull up bar at the same time.
During the Rep:
Any grip or pull-up style is permitted.
Synchro of the Rep:
Chin is clearly above the pull up bar by both athletes at the same time.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes' chin is clearly above the pull up bar by both athletes at the same time.
SYNCHRO SANDBAG SQUAT
Start of Rep:
Athletes standing tall.
The sandbag supported on the shoulder(s).
Hips and knees fully extended.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes at the same time.
Athlete returns to full extension with hips and knees fully extended.
Sandbag remains on the shoulder(s).
During the Rep:
Hip crease must pass below the top of the knee.
The sandbag must remain supported on the shoulder(s).
1 or 2 hands may be on the sandbag.
The sandbag may be on top, side or back of the shoulder(s).
Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes at full extension with hips and knees fully extended, sandbag on the shoulders, by both athletes at the same time.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes are at full extension with hips and knees fully extended, sandbag on the shoulders, by both athletes at the same time.
SANDBAG OVER THE LOG
Start of Rep:
The sandbag is on the same side of the log as the athlete.
Completion of Rep:
The sandbag touches the ground on the opposite side of the log.
During the Rep:
Athletes may move the sandbag over the log in any manner.
Athletes may cross to the opposite side by going over or under the log
Athletes and sandbags must remain within the designated taped lane.
Touching or crossing the lane tape results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the entire movement must be repeated.
After the final rep, athletes may move over or under the log to return down their lane.
SANDBAG HOLD
Start of Hold:
Sandbag supported in the bear hug position with more than 50% of the sandbag above the hips.
Completion of Hold:
Hold ends when the prescribed sandbag over the log reps are reached.
During the Hold:
Squatting athletes may work.
Sandbag over the log reps will not count unless the lightest sandbag is being held in the bear hug position.
If the sandbag is dropped or the majority of the bag falls below hip height, sandbag over the logs reps will not count.

The Echo Bike will be set to 0 before the workout. Athletes may adjust their seat height before the workout begins.
The non-working athletes must remain within their designated lane, off the lifting area, and out of the way of the working athlete and judge.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the team successfully completes the final snatch. There is no finish line for this event.

Synchro Ping Pong Wall Balls, Synchro Toes-to-Bar, and Synchro Goblet Squats are 2-person synchro movements and may be divided between team members as desired.
During the Handstand Walk, the athlete must complete a minimum of 5 feet to advance and 30 feet before rotating.
Box Clears must be completed in a waterfall fashion:
Athlete 1 completes a rep.
Athlete 2 completes a rep.
Athlete 3 completes a rep.
This sequence equals 3 total reps.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the last athlete crosses or breaks the vertical plane of the red finish line after completing all prescribed work.

LEGLESS ROPE CLIMB
Start of Rep:
Athlete on the ground with both feet on the floor.
Completion of Rep:
Athletes touch the designated crossbeam or designated marked line, depending on their division.
During the Rep:
Jumping to begin each ascent is permitted.
Use of the legs is not permitted during the ascent or until after the athlete has touched the designated crossbeam.
Athletes may descend in any manner.
ROPE CLIMB
Start of Rep:
Athlete on the ground with both feet on the floor.
Completion of Rep:
Athletes touch the designated crossbeam or designated marked line, depending on their division.
During the Rep:
Jumping to begin each ascent is permitted.
Use of the legs is permitted during the ascent.
Athletes may descend in any manner.
SYNCHRO PING PONG WALL BALL
Start of Rep:
Ball in the front-rack position.
Hip crease below the top of the knee.
Athletes may squat clean the ball from the ground.
Completion of Rep:
The center of the ball contacts the target at or above the prescribed height.
During the Rep:
Each rep must begin from the bottom of a squat (hip crease below the knee).
If the ball contacts the ground, it must come to a complete rest before the next rep.
Rebounding the ball into the next rep is not permitted.
Athletes must alternate every successful repetition.
If a no-rep is issued, that attempt does not count. The next rep may be performed by either athlete.
Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes in the bottom of the squat (hip crease below the knee) at the same time, with one athlete holding the wallball.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the synchro is credited only when both athletes are in the bottom of the squat (hip crease below the knee) at the same time, with one athlete holding the wallball.
Ping Pong Format:
Two athletes stand side by side facing the target.
Athlete 1 completes a wall-ball shot.
After the ball contacts the target, Athlete 2 catches and performs the next rep.
Each successful wall-ball counts as one rep.
The third athlete may substitute into either working position at any time.
SYNCHRO TOES TO BAR
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Heels behind the pull-up bar.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes’ feet must contact the bar between the hands at the same time. The feet do not need to arrive simultaneously. One foot may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes feet are touching the bar at the same time.
During the Rep:
Overhand, underhand, or mixed grips are permitted.
Any part of the feet may contact the bar.
Heels must return behind the bar before initiating the next rep.
Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes' feet contacting the bar between the hands, at the same time.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes' feet contact the bar between the hands, at the same time.
SYNCHRO HANGING KNEE RAISE
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms and legs fully extended.
Heels behind the pull-up bar.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes’ knees are above the hips at the same time. The knees do not need to arrive simultaneously. One knee may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes' knees are above the hips at the same time.
During the Rep:
Overhand, underhand, or mixed grips are permitted.
Heels must return behind the bar with arms and legs fully extended before initiating the next rep.
Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes’ knees above the hips, at the same time.

HANDSTAND WALK
Start of Rep:
Both hands (palms and fingers) clearly on the ground and feet off the ground behind the start line.
Completion of Rep:
Both hands (palms and fingers) clearly on the ground and feet off the ground passed the designated finish line.
During the Rep:
Any handstand walk style is permitted (forward, backward, or sideways).
Athletes must remain within the designated lane.
Touching the sideline tape results in a no-rep.
Kicking up with hands on or over the start line results in a no-rep.
A minimum of 5-feet must be completed, if a no-rep is issued, the athlete must return to the start of the last completed 5-foot section.
BEAR CRAWL
Start of Rep:
Both feet and hands (palms and fingers) clearly behind the start line.
Completion of Rep:
Both feet and hands (palms and fingers) clearly passed the designated finish line.
During the Rep:
The hips must clearly stay above the head.
Athletes must remain within the designated lane.
Touching the sideline tape results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the athlete must return to the start of the last completed 5-foot section.
SYNCHRO GOBLET SQUAT
Start of Rep:
Athletes standing tall.
Both hands on the KB supported in any way in the frontal plane of the body.
Hips and knees fully extended.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes at the same time.
The athlete returns to standing tall with hips and knees fully extended.
Both hands on the KB supported in the front rack position.
During the Rep:
Hip crease must pass below the top of the knee.
KB must remain supported in the front rack.

Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes returning to full extension with hips and knees fully extended, KB in the front rack, at the same time.

Athletes' feet must make contact with the top of the box. The feet do not need to arrive simultaneously. One foot may arrive first and wait, but both feet must be touching the top of the box at the same time before either foot leaves the box.
A two-foot takeoff is not required, provided both feet are airborne simultaneously at some point.
Full hip extension on top of the box is not required.
Incidental hand contact on the body and/or box is permitted.

At "3-2-1... GO!", teams complete:
2000/1800-meter Row, dividing the work as desired.
Then, 400 Heavy Double Unders, dividing the work as desired.
Then:
24 Clean & Jerks – Weight 1
20 Clean & Jerks – Weight 2
16 Clean & Jerks – Weight 3
Max Clean & Jerks – Final Weight for the remainder of the workout
The workout is complete at 17:00. The score is the total number of reps completed, including row meters, Heavy Double Under reps, and Clean & Jerk reps.
NOTES:
During the Row, one athlete must hold the barbell at the top of the deadlift for the rower to accumulate meters.
During the Heavy Double Unders, one athlete must hold the barbell in the front rack position for jump rope reps to count.
The non-working athlete(s) must remain within their designated lane, off the lifting platform, and out of the way of the working athletes and judge.

Rowing athletes may work.
Hand grip permitted: overhand, underhand, switch.
If the barbell is not at the top of the deadlift or touches the ground. Rowing must stop.
The barbell may not rest or be supported on the athlete's legs.
DOUBLE-UNDER
Start of Rep:
Athlete holding the jump rope.
Completion of Rep:
Rope passes under the feet twice during a single jump.
During the Rep:
The rope must spin forward.
Only successful jumps are counted.
Incomplete attempts do not count.
SINGLE-UNDER
Start of Rep:
Athlete holding the jump rope.

FRONT RACK HOLD
Start of Hold:
Barbell in the front rack position.
Any grip is permitted, as long as elbows are in front of the plane of the bar.

During the Hold:
Jump rope athletes may work.
If the barbell is not in the front rack, jump rope reps do not count.
CLEAN & JERK
Start of Rep:
Barbell on the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Barbell locked out overhead.
Hips, knees, and arms fully extended.
Barbell over or slightly behind the midline (profile view).
Clean:
Muscle, power, squat, or split clean permitted.
Feet must return in line under the body before initiating the jerk.
No part of the body other than the feet may touch the ground.
Jerk:
Strict press, push press, or jerk permitted.
Feet must return in line under the body before the rep is credited.
No part of the body other than the feet may touch the ground.
During the Rep:
Athletes must remain within the designated platform.
Touching the metal border results in a no-rep.
Dropping the bar behind the head results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued at any point, the entire clean & jerk must be repeated.
