Pairs will have 14 minutes to complete the prescribed work over three working intervals.

0:00–3:00 – Working Interval 1

Pairs begin behind the green start line.
At "3-2-1... GO!", begin their 3-minute working interval:
Complete the prescribed buy-in.
Use the remaining time to complete as many Sandbag Over the Log reps as possible, alternating reps.
Each gender will move their prescribed sandbag to the log and perform sandbag-over-log repetitions using that sandbag. Either athlete may begin the sandbag-over-log repetitions.
At the end of the first working interval:
Pairs begin a 1-minute rest period.
Return the sandbag to its designated area.
Return behind the green start line.
At the end of the first rest period:
Pairs begin their 4-minute working interval.
Complete the prescribed buy-in.
Continue Sandbag Over the Log reps from where they left off.
At the end of the second working interval:
Pairs begin another 1-minute rest period.
Return the sandbag to its designated area.
Return behind the green start line.
At the end of the second rest period:
Pairs begin their third and final working interval of 5-minutes.
Complete the prescribed buy-in.
Continue Sandbag Over the Log reps from where they left off until 40 alternating reps have been completed.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the last athlete crosses or breaks the vertical plane of the red finish line after:
Completing 40 alternating Sandbag Over the Log reps.
Returning the sandbag to its designated area.
If a pair completes all 40 alternating Sandbag Over the Log reps and returns the sandbag to the designated area before the end of a working interval, they may move to the finish line during the following rest period.
NOTES:
Bar complexes do not need to be unbroken; however, each complex must be completed by the athlete who started it or the rep will not count.
The working athlete may use either pull-up bar, must face the inside of the rig, and may receive assistance from the non-working athlete to reach the bar.
The non-working athlete may remain anywhere within the designated lane, provided they do not interfere with the working athlete or judge.
Each pair will be provided one 6-inch riser and is responsible for keeping it within their designated lane throughout the workout.
Synchro Sandbag Squats must be performed with the sandbag on the shoulder. The working athletes must stand one behind the other while facing the judge.
Sandbag Over the Log reps must be completed in an alternating fashion. Athletes may move to the opposite side of the log by any method, provided they remain within their designated lane.

TOES TO BAR
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Heels behind the pull-up bar.
Completion of Rep:
The athlete's feet must contact the bar between the hands. The feet do not need to arrive simultaneously. One foot may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both feet are touching the bar at the same time.
During the Rep:
Overhand, underhand, or mixed grips are permitted.
Any part of the feet may contact the bar.
Heels must return behind the bar before initiating the next rep.
HANGING KNEE RAISE
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Heels behind the pull-up bar.
Completion of Rep:
The athlete's knees are above the hips. The knees do not need to arrive simultaneously. One knee may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both knees are above the hips at the same time.
During the Rep:
Overhand, underhand, or mixed grips are permitted.
BAR MUSCLE-UP
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Feet off the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Arms fully locked out in the support position above the bar.
Shoulders over or in front of the bar.
During the Rep:
Pullovers, rolls to support, uprises, and glide kips are not permitted.
Feet may not rise above the height of the bar during the kip.
Only the hands may contact the bar; no other part of the arm may assist.
Removing the hands from the bar at the top is not permitted.
Resting at the top with hands on the bar is permitted.
Grip adjustments at the top are permitted.
SYNCHRO SANDBAG SQUAT
Start of Rep:
Athletes standing tall.
Sandbag supported on the shoulder(s).
Hips and knees fully extended.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes return to full extension with hips and knees fully extended at the same time.
Sandbag remains on the shoulder(s).
During the Rep:
Hip crease must pass below the top of the knee.
The sandbags must remain supported on the shoulder(s).
1 or 2 hands may be on the sandbag.
The sandbags may be on top, side or back of the shoulder(s).
Synchro of the Rep:
Athletes returning to full extension with hips and knees fully extended, sandbag on the shoulder, at the same time.
The athletes do not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes are in full extension with hips and knees fully extended, sandbag on the shoulder, at the same time.
SANDBAG OVER THE LOG
Start of Rep:
The sandbag is on the same side of the log as the athlete.
Completion of Rep:
The sandbag touches the ground on the opposite side of the log.
During the Rep:
Athletes may move the sandbag over the log in any manner.
Athletes may cross to the opposite side by going over or under the log
Athletes and sandbags must remain within the designated taped lane.
Touching or crossing the lane tape results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the entire movement must be repeated.
After the final rep, athletes may move over or under the log to return down their lane.

Upon completing the round, Athlete 1 tags Athlete 2.
Athlete 2 completes their Round 1.

Upon completing the round, Athlete 2 tags Athlete 1.

The non-working athlete must remain within their designated lane and out of the way of the working athlete and judge.
Rope Climbs, Wall Balls, SkiErg Calories, and Box Jump Overs may be divided between athletes as desired and must be completed in the order written.
During the Handstand Walk, each athlete must complete a minimum of 5 feet to advance and 30 feet before rotating.
Box Jump Overs must be completed in a waterfall fashion:
Athlete 1 completes a rep.
Athlete 2 completes a rep.
This sequence equals 2 total reps.
The SkiErg will be set to 0 before the workout and reset by the judge as needed.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the last athlete crosses or breaks the vertical plane of the red finish line after completing all prescribed work.

ROPE CLIMB
Start of Rep:
Athlete on the ground with both feet on the floor.
Completion of Rep:
Athletes touch the designated crossbeam or designated marked line, depending on their division.
During the Rep:
Jumping to begin each ascent is permitted.
Use of the legs is permitted.
Athletes may descend in any manner.
WALL BALL
Start of Rep:
Ball in the front-rack position.
Hip crease below the top of the knee.
Athletes may squat clean the ball from the ground.
Completion of Rep:
The center of the ball contacts the target at or above the prescribed height.
During the Rep:
Each rep must begin from the bottom of a squat (hip crease below the knee).
If the ball contacts the ground, it must come to a complete rest before the next rep.
Rebounding the ball into the next rep is not permitted.
HANDSTAND WALK
Start of Rep:
Both hands (palms and fingers) clearly on the ground and feet off the ground behind the start line.
Completion of Rep:
Both hands (palms and fingers) clearly on the ground and feet off the ground passed the designated finish line.
During the Rep:
Any handstand walk style is permitted (forward, backward, or sideways).
Athletes must remain within the designated lane.
Touching the sideline tape results in a no-rep.
Kicking up with hands on or over the start line results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the athlete must return to the start of the last completed 5-foot section.
BEAR CRAWL
Start of Rep:
Both feet and hands (palms and fingers) clearly behind the start line.
Completion of Rep:
Both feet and hands (palms and fingers) clearly passed the designated finish line.
During the Rep:
The hips must clearly stay above the head.
Only forward bear crawl is permitted (head first)
Athlete must remain within the designated lane.
Touching the sideline tape results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the athlete must return to the start of the last completed 5-foot section.
SKI ERG
Start of Rep:
Athletes standing on the platform.
Hands off the handles.
Monitor set to zero.
Completion of Rep:
Monitor displays the prescribed calories.
The athlete remains on the platform.
During the Rep:
Athletes may not touch the monitor.
Athletes must remain on the platform until the required calories are reached.
BOX JUMP OVER
Start of Rep:
The athlete begins on one side of the box.
Completion of Rep:
Both feet touch the ground on the opposite side of the box.
During the Rep:
Box-facing and lateral jumps are permitted.
Athletes' feet must make contact with the top of the box. The feet do not need to arrive simultaneously. One foot may arrive first and wait, but both feet must be touching the top of the box at the same time before either foot leaves the box.
A two-foot takeoff is not required, provided both feet are airborne simultaneously at some point.
Full hip extension on top of the box is not required.
Incidental hand contact on the body and/or box is permitted.
Using the hands to assist or gain an advantage is not permitted.
Completely clearing the box without contacting the top is not permitted.
Athletes must remain within their designated lane.

Burpee Get-Overs, dividing the work as desired.
300-foot Double Kettlebell Farmer Carry, completed in 10 × 30-foot sections while carrying the prescribed weight.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, performed on either pull-up bar. Both athletes must use the same bar and face the inside of the rig.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded when the last athlete crosses or breaks the vertical plane of the red finish line after completing all prescribed work.
NOTES:
One 6-inch riser will be provided. The pair is responsible for keeping it within their designated lane throughout the workout.
Athletes may assist each other in getting to the pull-up bar.

During the Rep:
Chest and thighs must contact the ground at the bottom.
Stepping or jumping is permitted.
Athletes may get over the log in any manner.
Athletes must remain within the designated lane.
Touching or crossing lane tape results in a no-rep.
If a no-rep is issued, the athlete may begin the next rep on any side of the log.
DOUBLE KB FARMER CARRY
Start of Rep:
Athletes holding the KBs in the hang position.
Both feet clearly behind the designated start line.
Completion of Rep:
The athlete clearly crosses the designated finish line and/or goes around the designated flag with the KBs.
During the Rep:
KBs must be carried in the farmers position.
Athletes must remain within the designated lane.
SYNCHRO CHEST-TO-BAR PULL-UP
Start of Rep:
Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Feet off the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes' chest contacts the bar at or below the collarbone at the same time.
During the Rep:
Any grip or pull-up style is permitted.
Synchro of the Rep:
Chest contacting the bar at or below the collarbone by both athletes at the same time.
The chest does not need to arrive simultaneously.
One athlete may arrive first and wait, but the rep is credited only when both athletes' chests are touching the bar at the same time.
SYNCHRO PULL-UP

Athletes hanging with arms fully extended.
Feet off the ground.
Completion of Rep:
Both athletes' chins are clearly above the pull up bar at the same time.
During the Rep:
Any grip or pull-up style is permitted.
Synchro of the Rep:
Chin is clearly above the pull up bar by both athletes at the same time.

During the row:
Athletes must alternate every 15 calories (15, 30, 45, 60, etc.).
Part 2 (7:00–15:00)
At the 7:00 mark, pairs complete:
24 Clean & Jerks – Weight 1
20 Clean & Jerks – Weight 2
16 Clean & Jerks – Weight 3
Max Clean & Jerks – Final Weight for the remainder of the workout
The workout is complete at 15:00. There are two scores, total number of Calories Rowed and total Clean & Jerks completed.
NOTES:
During the Heavy Double Unders, athletes must face the judge.
Pairs may preload the barbell before the workout begins.
Pairs are responsible for changing their own weights and unloading the barbell at the conclusion of the workout.
Both athletes may assist each other with unloading and deloading the barbells.
The non-working athlete must remain within their designated lane, off the lifting platform, and out of the way of the working athlete and judge.
