Shoulder Season

Individuals will have 10:00 to complete the prescribed work.
Athletes will begin behind the green start line.
At “3-2-1… GO!” athletes will complete the following:
42 chest-to-bar pull-ups
30-calorie row (24 calories for women)
18 overhead squats
After completing the first set of overhead squats, athletes will advance their barbell forward and then move back to the rig. (During this time, the event team will adjust the barbell to the next prescribed weight.)
Athletes will then complete:
42 pull-ups
30-calorie row (24 calories for women)
18 overhead squats
The workout is complete, and time is recorded, when the athlete touches the chess piece after completing all prescribed work.
NOTES:
Each athlete will be provided with one 6-inch riser. Athletes are responsible for keeping the riser within their designated lane throughout the workout.

If an athlete does not complete the workout within the 10:00 time cap, their score will be 10:00 plus one second for every incomplete repetition.

The workout is complete, and time is recorded, when the last athlete touches the designated chess piece after all prescribed work has been completed.
NOTES:
Only one M/F working pair may be in the field of play at a time. The non-working M/F pair must remain behind the designated green start line.
A physical tag must occur at the designated green start line every time pairs rotate.
Pair 2 may not enter the field of play until Pair 1 has completed the required tag (or touched the designated chess piece after the final set).
Athletes may move to the second and third sets of boxes in any manner.

Athlete total of 90 feet of handstand walk each (conga style)
Each athlete must complete an unbroken 30-foot handstand walk.
30’ down, 30’ back, 30’ down again for 90’ total per athlete.
12 legless rope climbs (9 for the women's division), alternating athletes every repetition. Once the first rope climb begins, the athlete order is locked for the remainder of that rope climb set.
Teams will then repeat the following sequence three additional times:

Each athlete must complete an unbroken 30-foot handstand walk.
30’ down, 30’ back, 30’ down again for 90’ total per athlete.

After the fourth and final 90-foot handstand walk by each athlete is completed, the workout is complete, and time is recorded, when the last athlete touches the designated chess piece after all prescribed work has been completed.
NOTES:
Each 90-foot handstand walk is completed per athlete.
If an athlete comes down before completing a minimum 30-foot section, only that athlete must restart from the beginning of the previously completed 30-foot section.
Athletes may complete the handstand walks in a conga-style order. The next athlete may kick up and begin their handstand walk before the athlete ahead of them has completed theirs. Multiple athletes may be on the handstand-walk course at the same time.
The athlete order for the legless rope climbs is locked once the first repetition begins for that rope climb set. Teams may choose a different athlete order at the start of each new rope climb set.

At "3-2-1… GO!", teams will complete 30 clean and jerks. Only one athlete may work at a time, while the two non-working athletes must remain behind the designated green start line.
Teams may divide the repetitions among the athletes in any manner they choose. Every time athletes switch, the incoming athlete must be tagged at the green start line before entering the field of play.
The clean and jerks will be completed in the following sequence:
12 repetitions
Advance the barbell forward
9 repetitions
Advance the barbell forward
6 repetitions
Advance the barbell forward
3 repetitions
After completing the final repetition, the working athlete will lower the barbell to the floor, move over the barbell, and touch the designated chess piece.
The workout is complete, and time is recorded, when the athlete touches the chess piece after all prescribed work has been completed.
NOTES:
Only one athlete may be in the field of play at a time. The two non-working athletes must remain behind the designated green start line.
A physical tag must occur at the green start line every time athletes rotate.
There is no minimum work requirement. Teams may divide the repetitions among the athletes as desired.
