Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The festival will be held strictly outdoors, with limited coverage by tents and shade. Bring your sunshade! Unfortunately, as an outdoor event, while there will be a sea breeze, there will be no air conditioning

Is there parking available?
While we won’t be providing direct parking, there are plenty of public parking options nearby of various prices and types.

Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?
Yes, there will be plenty of delicious and healthy food options for all in attendance. Please note, athletes will have the ability to bring their own food. Spectators may not bring in outside food or beverages.

Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes! The venue is ADA compliant.

What are the prohibited items?
Flash photography, firearms, outside food or beverage, outside alcohol, lenses over 5in, and anything that may disturb the other patrons.

Ticket FAQs

are kids free to spectate?
All ages are welcome! All attendees 7 years old and up need a ticket. We recommend that all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

what does VIP tickets give me access to?
Includes access to all competition stages in all divisions for the three days plus:
- VIP entrance, premium seating & views in major competition stages
- Access to open bar with unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, water, snacks & light bites at meal times
- Opportunity to participate in VIP experiences, including workouts and meet & greets

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
On-site ticket purchases are welcome, but we highly encourage purchasing beforehand for the best possible price and availability.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact Fever Up for additional help
Make sure to include your ticket ID number.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Please remember to log in using the same login method as the one used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. -
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. You can download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play if you don't have the app installed. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
All sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed, or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Is there a qualifier?
Nope!
All community divisions will register via Open Registration. This means spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Athletes are invited to race to claim their spot directly on the SoCal competition floor.

what are your age parameters for the Masters RX teams?
Athletes must be 35 years of age or older, and the sum of athletes must be a minimum of 125 years.
An athlete’s age will be based on years only and will not take into consideration months until a subsequent change in age. An athlete's age on the first day of competition is the age to use for the respective division or team.

Can you compete as an individual and in a co-ed pair?
All divisions will participate over the three days of the event.
As a result, athletes may only compete in one division.

Are adaptive pairs also co-ed?
Adaptive Pairs will consist of one adaptive athlete, which will determine what division the pair registers for, and one able-bodied athlete.
Pairs can be M/M, F/F, or M/F.

If I claim a spot & then can't make it, can I give it to a friend?
Athletes competing in an individual division may not transfer or substitute their spot for any reason.
Athletes competing as a pair/team are eligible to substitute one (1) athlete through their Competition Corner account. The deadline to substitute an athlete is Sun, Aug 31, 2025, at 8:00 PM PT.
